Event Information: The Friday Night Series is a series of late night events put on by the Intramural Sports program. There will be FREE pizza and participation is FREE!

Registration Information: Pre-Registration begins on Monday, August 17 at 8:00 a.m. During Pre-Registration, captains can start their teams and begin sending invitations to teammates to build the roster. Once official registration opens on Monday, October 5, you can move your team to a division once you have five or more players on your roster. Moving your team into a division confirms that you plan to be there! Registration closes on Wednesday, October 14 at 11:59 p.m. Instructions on how to start a team, or how to join a team, can be found on our IMLeagues Registration Instructions page. We can only accommodate the first 12 teams that complete registration for this event!

Event Date and Time: Friday, October 16 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Hawkeye Recreation Fields. The event will last approximately three hours for teams that continue advancing. Schedules will be sent by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16 following the registration deadline.

Event Format: Teams will be split into divisions (pools) for pool play. Each team will play the other teams in its division. The top finishing team from each division will advance to the single elimination tournament bracket. Teams that do not qualify for, or get eliminated from, the single elimination tournament can stick around and play more games on adjacent fields.

Leagues Available: "Open" is the only league available for the Friday Night Series Wiffleball tournament. An "Open" league means there are no gender requirements for teams.

Intramural Membership: No Intramural Sports membership is required for this event.
