Members are welcome to visit one of the five fitness centers on campus for an individual workout on state-of-the-art fitness equipment. One-on-one or small group personal training options are available if you would like more assistance. Group exercise along with Mind and Body classes are offered throughout the day in the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center and the Field House. 

Group Exercise

With over 70 classes to choose from during the fall and spring semesters and a busy summer schedule, there is no shortage of classes to choose from. Check out the group exercise schedule on the side bar for more information about class descriptions, times and locations, meet our instructors and much more! Group exercise classes are included with your membership.

Personal Training 

The vision of the Personal Training Program is to facilitate the process of helping people make themselves better by improving their quality of life and physical fitness. Our mission is to offer our clients an enjoyable, motivation-filled, custom, productive, smart and engaged experience by receiving coaching by a well-trained, nationally certified personal training team. 

Special Events/Programs

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of special fitness programs. These classes differ from our group exercise classes because you sign up for a four or five week session and are guaranteed a spot in the class. The instructors are trained in the program and have the credentials to teach the specialty class.  The instructors are professional and dedicated and  will motivate you to reach your fitness goals and we offer multiple class times for each program to work with your schedule. These  classes are guaranteed to keep your workouts fresh and your motivation high. We also host fitness events including Zumba Parties and the annual Tropical Indoor Triathlon.
