Personal Training

Regardless of your age or fitness level, working with a personal trainer can have a positive effect on your life. When you sign up with one of our personal trainers, you can expect a custom plan created for you based on your goals and abilities. Our goal is to educate our clients on how to exercise safely, while also achieving results. We will provide education, guidance, and motivation along your fitness journey. We will also monitor your progress and help provide you with resources in hopes that you can be successful and confident in the gym even without a personal trainer.

Transform your body and boost your confidence with results-driven weight loss and programming.  Our nationally certified personal trainers develop personalized workouts and provide ongoing support to help burn fat, build lean muscle, and create lasting lifestyle changes.

Speed and Agility Training

Enhance your quickness, coordination, and overall athletic performance with personalized speed and agility training.  Our nationally certified personal trainers design dynamic programs focused on improving reaction time, explosive power, change in direction, and improve efficiency.

Olympic Weightlifting

Master the explosive, technical lifts of Olympic weightlifting with expert guidance tailored to your goals and experience level.  Our nationally certified personal trainers teach the two classic lifts- the snatch and the clean & jerk- focusing on proper technique, mobility, and strength development.

Training Fees

Fee information:
  • Payment must be made upfront.
  • Services are non-refundable.
  • It is important to note that your appointment is scheduled to help you achieve your goals. If you cancel with less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for your personal training session.

Partner Personal Training: Partner Training is one-on-two or one-on-three sessions with a personal trainer that offers individuals an opportunity to work out with a partner(s). Having another person holding you accountable will help you adhere to a program. You must sign-up with your partner(s). We do not provide partners. 

InBody - Body Composition Analysis

The InBody scanning machine is a body composition analyzer that uses bioelectrical impedance to measure various components of your body, such as fat mass, muscle mass, and water levels. It provides a detailed breakdown of your body weight beyond just total pounds, showing how much lean muscle and fat you have. The scan can help identify imbalances between different parts of the body, such as muscle development in the arms, legs, and trunk. This information allows users to track changes over time, set fitness goals, and tailor nutrition or training programs more effectively.

Our Personal Trainers are nationally certified. Many also obtained a BS or MS in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology and have demonstrated an acceptable level of knowledge before hiring.
