Registration Information: You can start your registration on IMLeagues beginning Monday, August 17 at 8:00 a.m. in the "Pre-Registration" area. Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 24, you can move into the "League" division in the league you wish to participate (Men's/Open or Women's) to confirm that you plan to participate. Participants must complete all steps of registration by the registration deadline of Wednesday, September 2 at 11:59 p.m. in order to be included in the sport. Sport Format: Each participant will be scheduled for three "pool play" matches, one match each week for the first three weeks. Following pool play, all participants will be placed into a single elimination tournament to determine the champion.
Event Date and Time: Once registration closes, we will make pairings of which participants will play each other, along with deadlines by which those matches need to be played. We will also share contact information for all participants. Individuals paired against each other are then responsible for communicating with each other to determine when they will play, scheduling court space at the HTRC, and reporting the match result on IMLeagues by the given deadline.
Sport Date and Time: Play begins the week of Sunday, September 6.
Sport Location: Matches will take place at the Hawkeye Tennis & Recreation Complex (HTRC). Information on how to get to the HTRC from main campus can be found here.
Leagues Available: Men's/Open and Women's. In Men's/Open, there are no gender restrictions. In Women's, participants must identify as women.
Intramural Membership: Participants must have a 2026-2027 Fall and Spring Membership or a Fall 2026 Semester Membership in order to participate. Memberships can be purchased here, or participants without memberships will be prompted to purchase one upon registering.
