Winter Rowing | Recreational Services

 

Rowers will enjoy a variety of fun & challenging workouts designed to keep their bodies in top form during off water months.  All workouts are tailored to the individual athlete’s abilities.  We will use the rowing machines, tank room, circuit & strength endurance training, land workouts including calisthenics and fitness moves, swimming and other fun activities to keep us healthy though the winter.  Come join us!  Adults & Juniors Winter Session is November 27, 2017 through March 9, 2018. Adult Half Sessions

Member/Non-Member = $110 each

1st Session = 11/27/17 – 1/14/18 (registration closes 12/8/17)

2nd Session = 1/15/18 - 3/9/18 (registration 12/27/17 until 1/26/18)
