Winter Rowing

Winter for rowers = cross training to stay fit! 

Rowers will enjoy a variety of fun & challenging workouts designed to keep their bodies in top form during off water months.  All workouts are tailored to the individual athlete’s abilities.  We will use the rowing machines, tank room, circuit & strength endurance training, land workouts including calisthenics and fitness moves, swimming and other fun activities to keep us healthy though the winter.  Come join us!

Winter Session:

November 28 - February 24
