Winter for rowers = cross training to stay fit! 

Rowers will enjoy a variety of fun & challenging workouts designed to keep their bodies in top form during off water months.  All workouts are tailored to the individual athlete’s abilities.  We will use the rowing machines, tank room, circuit & strength endurance training, land workouts including calisthenics and fitness moves, swimming and other fun activities to keep us healthy though the winter.  This is for experienced adult and junior athletes only.  

The 2017-2018 Winter Rowing Season will begin mid November 2017!  Look for more information in October.
