Registration Information: Pre-Registration for all leagues/sessions begins on Monday, May 12th at 8:00 a.m. During Pre-Registration, captains can start their teams, and begin sending invitations to teammates to build the roster. Once official registration opens teams that meet the minimum player requirements can select a division to complete registration. Official registration for 4v4 Soccer begins on Monday, June 23rd at 8:00 a.m., Registration closes on Tuesday, July 1st at 11:59 p.m. Instructions on how to start a team, or how to join a team, can be found on our IMLeagues Registration Instructions page.

Sport Date and Time: All contests will be played on Monday nights at either 6:00 p.m, 7:00 p.m, or 8:00 p.m. depending on the number of teams. The selected division game times are only applicable for the regular season. Play will begin on Monday, July 7th

Sport Location: Matches will take place at the Hawkeye Recreation Fields on the new synthetic turf fields.

Sport Format: Teams will be scheduled for six pool play matches over the course of three weeks (one or two matches each week). Matches cancelled due to inclement weather may be made up if possible. Following pool play, all teams will be placed in a single elimination tournament for their night of play.

Leagues Available: "Open" is the only league available for 4v4 Soccer. An "Open" league means there are no gender requirements for teams.

Intramural Membership: Intramural Sports Memberships are not required for Summer 2025 Intramural Sports, however to be eligible, all participants must have a Recreational Services membership. Membership options can be found here.
