Why Personal Training?
Over the past seven years, I’ve explored fitness through trial and error—testing advice from online sources, friends, and peers. Not all of it worked, but every misstep taught me something valuable. What stuck with me most was how much I enjoy teaching others and seeing them succeed from the guidance I offer. That’s why I became a personal trainer: to help people avoid the confusion I faced and start their fitness journey with clarity, confidence, and a solid foundation.
Training philosophy
When I first started training, I stuck to the movements I felt naturally good at assuming anything else was out of reach and not worth pursuing. Since then, I’ve learned that natural ability doesn’t define potential or enjoyment. Now, I believe that every discipline in fitness has something to offer, and success is within reach to anyone willing to invest their time. My philosophy is to help clients discover what excites them, build skills across different areas, and find fulfillment in their own path.
