Why Personal Training?
I chose to pursue personal training because I have always had a passion for sports and exercise. I believe exercise is something everyone should be incorporating into their lives because of the positive impact it can have on all aspects of health. Personal training allows me to combine my passion for fitness with my desire to help others become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I enjoy working with clients to overcome their struggles and lead a more active life.
Training philosophy
My training philosophy is centered around making exercise enjoyable, approachable, and sustainable. I want to help my clients make a workout plan that they will actually stick to, and enjoy. I will always make sure all my workouts are something that my client actually wants to be doing, while still challenging them and making sure they are making the most growth possible
