Why Personal Training?

My desire to become a personal trainer began during my freshman year of high school, when I was lucky enough to get to know some of the trainers and staff in this program. The support and guidance I received from these trainers and staff helped me stay consistent, make progress, and look forward to working out. I would not be where I am today without their encouragement, advice, and belief in my potential. Now that I am a trainer, I aim to share that same motivation and empowerment with others as they pursue their fitness journeys. 

Training Philosophy

My philosophy centers around creating a healthy, capable body. I believe in combining functional strength training, traditional strength training, and mobility and flexibility to not only increase strength, but also improve balance, coordination, and the ability to perform everyday activities and movements. I think it is important to train in a way that will support us inside and outside of the gym.
