Why Personal Training?
My passion for training began in high school football, where I first experienced how strength and conditioning could transform both performance and confidence. That foundation led me to study exercise science at the University of Iowa and pursue personal training as a way to help others realize their own potential. I value seeing people progress not only physically, but in the discipline and confidence that training builds.

I view strength as the cornerstone of fitness. My approach emphasizes structured, individualized programming that prioritizes technique, progression, and long-term results. Whether the focus is building muscle, losing fat, or enhancing athletic performance, I aim to design training that challenges clients while also setting them up for sustainable success.
