Why Personal Training?:
I became a personal trainer because I care about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. With a background in nursing and over 10 years of experience in fitness coaching, I have always been drawn to the connection between physical health, mental health, lifestyle, and long-term well-being.

I especially enjoy working with people who are new to strength training, returning to fitness after time away, or wanting to build healthier habits without feeling overwhelmed. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel educated, encouraged, and empowered to take ownership of their health.

Training Philosophy:
My training philosophy is simple: fitness and health do not need to be overcomplicated. I believe in building strong bodies through consistent strength training, sustainable habits, and a whole-health approach that supports real life.

Training should help you move better, feel stronger, age well, and trust your body more. I believe health is built through the basics: regular movement, strength, rest, stress management, quality food, and consistency over time. I also believe those habits should feel realistic and enjoyable. You do not need to force yourself into workouts you hate or foods you dislike to be healthy. The goal is to find movement you enjoy, nourishing foods that work for your life, and routines that feel sustainable.

My goal is not to push extremes or quick fixes, but to help clients build confidence, capability, and habits they can maintain long term.
