Why Personal Training?
I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease when I was a teenager, and it taught me two important lessons. First, I wanted to pursue a career that would support a healthy lifestyle, and second, I wanted to help others in the same way I had been helped. I quickly developed a passion for guiding people toward better health and an improved quality of life.
Training philosophy
My training philosophy is a balance of three components: listening to your body, staying consistent, and enjoying your workouts. Everybody is different, and every body is different. Something that works for your neighbor may not work for you. Next, consistency is the foundation. Showing up and giving your best effort is what drives progress and I’ll be there to support and encourage you along the way. Finally, workouts should be enjoyable. My goal is for every client to leave the gym feeling healthier, happier, and more energized than when they arrived.
