Why Personal Training?
I started out wanting to be an athletic trainer but quickly realized I was more fired up about preventing injuries than rehabbing them. That’s why I became a personal trainer, to help people build strong, resilient bodies that move well and stay in the game. Nothing motivates me more than helping people take charge of their health, move with confidence, and crush limits they didn’t think they could.
Training Philosophy
Training isn’t about damage control; it’s about building a body that doesn’t break down in the first place. Strength isn’t given; it’s built through hard work, relentless consistency, and the choice to show up day after day. Nothing is more gratifying than awakening your inner athlete.
