Why Personal Training?
I started working out in middle school in hopes to play sports in college, clearly that never happened. However, my passion for the gym just kept on growing. During my 10-month deployment to the Middle East, I helped my friend lose over 55 pounds. Seeing his progress physically and mentally meant a lot to me. I want to help more people to take that first step in their fitness journey, while making it fun and engaging!
