Why Personal Training?
I want to help others overcome their ailments and live the lives that they should be living. I love seeing the positive changes others make for themselves, and I love giving people the tools they need to achieve their goals.
Training philosophy
I want to use my knowledge of exercise science to give people serious results while keeping in mind their preferences and biomechanics to select the proper exercises and ensure my clients find their training to be engaging and rewarding. I like to utilize benchmarks and goals that I set together with my clients so they can see their progress and know that they are on their way to success.
