Why Personal Training?
Growing up in a large family encouraged me to try new things. That never went away.
Whether it’s participating in triathlons, marathons, yoga, sky diving, scuba diving or just gardening, I try to enjoy life to the fullest!
Personal training was an opportunity to share that enthusiasm with others and remind myself and others of the importance of good health and well being.

Training Philosophy
It’s not so much about “working out”. I believe exercise, of any sort, should be something you enjoy and the results of that will be proof: healthy body, healthy mind and an overall feeling of a life well lived! Play hard and laugh often!
