Why Personal Training?
I have a passion for personal growth and improvement and I’ve always been drawn toward a teaching or mentoring role. I started weightlifting in middle school simply because I wanted to be more confident in my appearance and later on learned the importance of exercise with overall health and quality of life. I started helping friends and family get into exercise until they were comfortable doing it on their own and personal training felt like a natural progression. I hope to inspire others to become the best version of themselves and it is so rewarding to be a part in making that happen.
Training Philosophy
Training isn’t just for athletes trying to perform at their maximum. It also isn’t just to have a lot of muscle and look physically fit. While it certainly can do these things, I think the more important aspect of training is the quality of life that it grants every person. It can make you more confident, more capable, and more disciplined just through showing up and putting in the work. A little progress each time you train can build greatly over time and lend toward a longer, healthier, and happier life.
