Throughout the year, we offer a variety of special fitness programs and events for different audiences and interests.

Small Group Training Programs

These classes and workshops differ from our group exercise classes because you sign up for a four or five-week session and are guaranteed a spot in the class. The instructors are trained in the program and have the credentials to teach the specialty class.  The instructors are professional and dedicated and will motivate you to reach your fitness goals, and we offer multiple class times for each program to work with your schedule. These classes are guaranteed to keep your workouts fresh and your motivation high. There will be no refunds given three days before the first class.  You must be a Recreational Services Member to purchase and participate in our specialty programs.

Special events from our fitness team include Zumba Parties, USA Weightlifting Certification courses, and Outdoor Yoga classes.
