Fitness Programs

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of special fitness programs. These classes differ from our group exercise classes because you sign up for a four or five week session and are guaranteed a spot in the class. The instructors are trained in the program and have the credentials to teach the specialty class.  The instructors are professional and dedicated and  will motivate you to reach your fitness goals and we offer multiple class times for each program to work with your schedule. These  classes are guaranteed to keep your workouts fresh and your motivation high. Registration is open for the spring semester! Find your potential and have fun using, battle ropes, medicine balls, sandbags, and more in an engaging group setting.  Our Boot Camp style class is a great way to increase strength, boost aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight, and break through plateaus! In this class, you will find the important components to every Boot Camp: commitment, discipline, effort, teamwork, sweat, motivation and dedication!

Fitness Barre

Fitness Barre includes a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to offer a different workout every class. 

 Classes rely mostly on body weight for resistance, along with props such as stretch bands, yoga straps, Pilates rings, light hand weights, and mini stability balls. A smooth flow through strength and stretch exercises will bring your health to new heights. If you are not a Recreational Services member you must also pay the daily walk-in fee ($8.) per class.

Barbell Bootcamp

Barbell Bootcamp is a high intensity workout that utilizes weighted barbells. It combines a variation of functional, weighted, movements into set periods of time.

Spring Session 2: April 4 - May 4
