Night of the Living Deadlift is back and better!

Come compete in the dead-hang, max deadlift, and “the widower” a bench press set to complete failure for a chance to win a $175 rogue latch belt! Prizes will be given to the top competitors, runner ups, and the person with the best costume. The crowd will decide the best costume! It is free to compete and everyone is welcome to come hang out, hit a lift, and have some fun as we pull PRs!

The event will take place Oct. 25 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the CRWC’s 1st floor back racks and will be judged and spotted by the personal training team according to IPF standards.
