Winter Powerlifting
Commit to building muscle and getting stronger during the winter months! In this four-week session, participants will follow a training program which includes a warm-up, form/technique, and cool down for the three basic power-lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Accessory exercises and lift variations to improve range of motion and technique will also be included. The session will be run as a small group personal training session, as the session instructor will be a personal trainer.
