Introduction to Resistance Training

Learn the fundamental movement patterns of resistance training, all while developing general physical fitness. Participants will learn how to warm up and execute movements with proper form/technique, beginning with basic exercises and progressing appropriately as skills improve. This class will prepare you for years of training.

  • Session 3 | Mondays/Wednesdays, April 5 - April 28 (4 weeks) | 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
