Suspend and sweat! Build overall strength and endurance with this highly efficient suspension training program. Suspension training systems use gravity and your body weight to help you perform  exercises while RIP Training uses a lever bar and resistance cord  to mix strength, stability, and conditioning. These training techniques  can be adjusted by simply re-positioning your body, welcoming all  levels.
