Ready to get your first ever pull-up? Perhaps you can already do one—but want to perfect your form. For both beginner and intermediate lifters, it can be intimidating to get your chin up over the bar. This 2-hour clinic will cover the anatomy and basics of the pull-up movement. Participants will go through a mini upper body boot camp, completing exercises to increase stabilizer muscle strength, grip capability, and increase time under tension. Participants will learn about pull-up modifications and other ways to increase upper body strength until the goal is achieved.
At the end of the session, participants will have the opportunity to plan out their own 8 week pull-up program to accomplish following the clinic.
