Powerlifting | Recreational Services

This class will emphasize the squat, bench press, and deadlift as well as related assistance lifts to increase strength, power, and total body development.  You will learn how to warm up, progress their lifts, and develop solid technique to stay injury free. All fitness levels welcome!


Session 1: February 5 - March 9

Session 2: April 2 - May 4


Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Time: 5:45 - 6:30am

Cost: $60
