Outdoor Strength & Conditioning

Are you looking for a different workout experience than lifting weights or running on a treadmill in the gym? This class is a strength and conditioning style approach to fitness for all fitness levels and can be modified. The class utilizes a variety of equipment such as training ladders, cone drills, battle ropes, medicine balls, running/jogging drills, box jumps, hurdle jumps, parachute runs, resistance bands, and potential for much more. Bring a group of friends or meet new ones and experience a workout aimed to improve endurance, strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and balance!
