This program offers workouts following high intensity protocols to improve physical preparation and athleticism.  Each workout is designed to improve generalized skills such as strength, explosiveness, agility, and overall conditioning for sports.  This small group training is aimed for the immediate to advanced exerciser. We'll use a variety of equipment in the CRWC including: Jacobs Ladder, SkiErg, S-Drive, Assault Bikes, TRX, Tire Flip, Battle Ropes, Plyo Jump Boxes & MORE!  Your coaches will help you reach new heights!


Day/time: February 5 – March 7, Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:15-6:00pm

Location: The class will meet on the bridge on the CRWC track.

Cost: $55.00


Try the class during one of our free demo classes on Monday, January 22 and Wednesday, January 31 at 5:15pm. No registration required. Join us on the bridge located on the CRWC track (3rd floor).
