ACE Personal Trainer Certification Prep Course | Recreational Services

This course is designed to give students the knowledge and understanding necessary to prepare for the ACE Personal Trainer Certification Exam and become effective personal trainers. The information covered in this course and the ACE IFT Model will help students learn how to facilitate rapport, adherence, self-efficacy, and behavior change in clients, as well as design programs that help clients to improve posture, movement, flexibility, balance, core function, cardio respiratory fitness, muscular endurance and strength, and sports performance.

Becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer means you've made movement your mission by committing to deliver science-based health and fitness instruction to people everywhere. With a certification accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and built on the foundation of the ACE Integrated Fitness Training® Model, you will be equipped to deliver individualized programing proven to move people to adopt sustainable, healthy behaviors and a more active way of life.
