Powerlifting 101
This class is for people with basic weightlifting experience who want to develop more strength on the big three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Participants will maximize performance by learning a proper warm up and proper technique/form for all three lifts. In addition, participants will perform assistance exercises to help develop weak points and other qualities necessary to optimize their potential.
