Sport Description

Ever been throwing a disc around and wanted a target? Do you like yard games? If your answer to either of those questions was "yes", then KanJam is for you! In The University of Iowa's newest sport, teams of two try to throw a disc into a slot in a cylinder, or bat the thrown disc into the top of the cylinder, while alternating throws with the opposing team. To see an example, check out the video here. Once you have figured out what it is, get registered for this fun sport played on a beautiful spring afternoon at Hubbard Park, and come on out for your chance to win an Intramural Champion T-shirt!
