Introduction to Weightlifting for International Students | Recreational Services

New this fall, we are hosting an Introduction to Weightlifting for International Students! In this class, students will learn how to train with free weights. This is a hands-on class designed to teach how to properly and safely lift weights. Students will learn proper technique for most fundamental movement patterns using barbells and kettlebells/ 

This class is FREE but you must register online! Registration is limited to 12 students.
