Intro to HIIT

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, involves short bouts of high intensity exercise followed by intermittent recovery periods of low intensity exercise. This training method i is a highly productive combination of cardio respiratory and muscular endurance exercise. This well-rounded training incorporates a wide variety of equipment into each workout. Join Coach Addison to keep your training new and exciting!
