Bodyweight HIIT

Want to get a high-intensity workout without the use of weight equipment? This class utilizes bodyweight-only exercises to provide a full-body workout. Participants will perform a general warm-up and then participate in groups of paired exercises that will hit the entire body. This class utilizes paired exercises in addition to strategic rest periods to elicit effects of both resistance and cardiovascular training. It will help to build general physical fitness and full-body conditioning.

Intro to HIIT

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, involves short bouts of high-intensity exercise followed by intermittent recovery periods of low-intensity exercise. This training method is a highly productive combination of cardio, respiratory and muscular endurance exercise. This well-rounded training incorporates a wide variety of equipment into each workout. Join Coach Addison to keep your training new and exciting!
