Bodyweight HIIT

Want to get a high intesity workout without the use of weight equipment? This class utilizes bodyweight-only exercises to provide a full-body workout. Participants will perform a general warm up and then participate in groups of paired exercises that will hit the entire body. This class utilizes paired exercises in addition to strategic rest periods to elicit effects of both resistance and cardiovascular training. It will help to build general physical fitness and full-body conditioning.

  • Session 1 | Mondays/Wednesdays, February 8 - March 3 (4 weeks) | 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
  • Session 2 Mondays/Wednesdays, March 8 - March 31 (4 weeks) | 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
  • Session 3 | Mondays/Wednesdays, April 5 - April 28 (4 weeks) | 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
