Jordynne is an incredible asset to our team and her customer skills are top notch. Thank you for all of your hard work at the Field House, Jordynne

Position: Field House Membership Attendant

Year/Major: Sophomore studying Health & Human Physiology: Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy

Hometown: Dyersville, IA

How long have you worked for us?: Two semesters.

What have you learned from working here?: Customer service goes a long way in my position as a membership attendant at the Field House. We are constantly interacting with students, faculty, and community members. I've realized how much they respect a worker with a positive attitude and confidence about their knowledge of the business they represent.

Something interesting about yourself: I worked as a summer camp counselor at Tripp Lake Camp in Poland, Maine. While there, I was a volleyball instructor and a land rover that got to assist in multiple different activities like field hockey, lacrosse, and softball. It was an experience that I never had as a girl and I got to see how camp friends are the best friends.

What do you do in your spare time?: I am big on spending time with family and friends; therefore, in my free time, you could find me chasing around my nephew or chit-chatting with a group of my friends.

What is one thing you wish everyone knew about working at the Field House?: The Field House membership attendants and facility supervisors are more than just co-workers. We are also study partners and most importantly, friends.

Any plans for after graduation?: After my undergraduate studies, I plan on attending a physical therapy program and pursuing a doctorate of physical therapy. From there, I plan on traveling the country, moving to a bigger city, and maybe opening up my own practice.

If you could eat any food every day for the rest of your life without any health consequences, what would it be?: Peanut M&M's

What Jordynne's supervisor says about her: Jordynne is willing to do anything and everything to make our team stronger. She helps with hiring and training new employees, solving membership issues, and working with the staff to address any changes or problems that come up. More than that, she greets every customer with a friendly smile. - Shea McMurray, membership services coordinator
