Position: Sport Programs Supervisor

Year/Major: Junior, Majoring in Journalism and working toward a Certificate in Critical Cultural Competence

How long have you worked for Rec Services?: I have worked with Rec Services for a Year. This year is my second working with Rec Services.

What have you learned from working here?: I have learned how to be open to new ideas as well as constructive criticism from peers.

What is something interesting about yourself?: Growing up I learned how to sing and play instruments. I played the piano, clarinet, and percussion all before high school.

What do you like to do in your spare time?: In my spare time I enjoy exercising, hanging out with friends, and reading.

What is one thing you wish everyone knew about working in your position?: The people you work with make it so much fun. The interactions with participants, supervisors, and officials makes it a very rewarding experience. 

If you could eat any food every day for the rest of your life, without any health consequences, what would it be?: If there were no consequences to eating pizza everyday I would eat that everyday for the rest of my life. 


What Grant's Supervisor Said About Him: Grant provides a positive attitude and is a “work horse” of the Sport Program Supervisor staff.  You have probably seen him around campus promoting Intramural Sports or at any Recreational Services facility overseeing a variety of Intramural Sports or Sport Club events.
