Barbell & Olympic Lifting for Beginners Workshop | Recreational Services

This workshop will cover the basics: proper warm up, form and positions 1-4, basic progression lifts (ex. deadlift, high pull, shoulder press, and squat). You will also be introduced  to and get to try basic cleans and push presses at the end of the workshop. The workshop will end with yoga postures that are good for improving weight lifting, as well as your body.
