Commit to CHANGE in the new year with this 4-week program. Maximize your one-hour workout and build confidence at the barbell rack! This class combines metabolic programming (e.g. AMRAP, Tabat, EMOM, etc.) with Power and Olympic-style lifts at the barbell rack. Other equipment will include medicine balls, kettlebells, boxes and pull-up bars and TRX. The class will also involve a proper warm up, core-work, and cool down for injury prevention. Workouts will be tailored to both experienced and beginner lfiters. The instructor is a certified USA Weightlifting Coach.
