Barbell Bootcamp

Get out of quarantine and commit to change this fall with a four-week program. Maximize your one-hour workout and build confidence in the gym! This class involves several compound, powerlifting, and power movements to improve fitness levels or individual goals. Equipment will include medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, pull-up bars, and TRX. The class will also have a proper warm-up, core-work, and cool down. Workouts tailor to both experienced and beginner lifters. The instructor is a nationally certified personal trainer with Division I collegiate strength and conditioning experience

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. | October 26 through November 20 (four weeks)
