Barbell Basics

This class is designed to teach users how to properly use free weights, beginning with basic techniques and an orientation of the weight room. Users will be introduced to the basics of free-weight, full-body training.

When:

  • Session 1 | Tuesdays/Thursdays, February 9 - March 4 (4 weeks) | 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
  • Session 2 | Tuesdays/Thursdays, March 9 - April 1 (4 weeks) | 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. 
  • Session 3 | Tuesdays/Thursdays, April 6 - April 29 (4 weeks) | 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
