International Students Day at MNRA! 

Welcoming international students to/back to campus at the start of each fall semester with a day of free outdoor recreation activities at Macbride Nature Recreation Area. Activities include: hiking, bird-banding, Iowa Raptor Project educational tours, and pontoon boat rides. All activities are led/guided by Rec Services professional & student staff.  More information about this program can be found here

 

Women's Climbing Clinic 

Climbing improves mental and physical fitness, builds confidence, is a ton of fun,and is a great way to meet new people. This is for women who have no previous climbing experience. Participants will learn the basics of climbing in a supportive environment. This clinic is taught by two experienced female climbers, Jenna McCoy and Rec Services Assistant Director Meredith Caskey.  More information about the clinic can be found here!
