Bio:

I am a new Personal Trainer for the University of Iowa Recreational Services. Sports and physical activity have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve played football, baseball and ran track my entire life and immediately found a passion for being active and weightlifting. I love baseball more than anything, and I still play during the summer. I’ve always had a lot of support from my family and coaches for sport and exercise. My biggest goal in life is to be that same support and make a positive change for many others. I want to help people reach their goals, be healthy, and do the things they’ve always wanted to do!

Philosophy:

Everyone is different and fitness is about finding what you like and making it a life-long hobby. A healthy life = a happy life

“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” -Neale Donald Walsch
