Bio: 

In my own training and through training more clients everyday, I learn that fitness is more than just a physical state of being. Fitness is a state of mind, a mentality. We set our own limits with our mind, then our body tests them. The mind and body working together as one is what allows us to reach new limits that once seemed unattainable. 

Philosophy:

Take care of yourself first. Fitness can help enhance all other facets of your life, it does not have to consume your life. Train hard, get your mind and body right.
