Bio:

I became a personal trainer because of my love and passion for health and working out, as well as my career as a physical therapist assistant. Injury, whether past or present, can debilitate someone from being able to live a healthy life. Educating myself on personal training was just one more tool to be coupled with physical therapy to help all people.

Philosophy:

Use the PERSONAL in personal training. It should always be catered to the individual and their functionality.
