Bio:

I have always been interested in fitness and wellness, but after attending the University of Iowa that passion grew even more. From teaching kids bootcamps to fitness classes at a senior citizen facility, I have grown to appreciate just how much the human body is capable of. I feel that I can more deeply connect with clients because of my own journey with fitness, wellness, and health issues that prevent me from doing some activities.

Philosophy:

I use a holistic approach and start all trainings focusing on functional fitness, maximizing their body's capabilities. From this solid base, we tailor a plan to reach their goals.
