We are 100% in charge of our own lives. How we choose to live is therefore, entirely up to us. Fitness is, to me, mostly about living a healthy life. This does not just mean working out a few times a week and eating right, it means embracing a healthy lifestyle 24/7 and making choices that are good for you long term because you love yourself and realize that you create your own life. Exercise is a fantastic tool to use to do this, however, if it is the only one you use then you will be missing out on countless other areas of your life. 

I have found that creating a healthy lifestlye is not difficult, as long as you adhere to one agreement: make all of your decisions because you love and respect yourself. If you do this, I believe that you will live a wonderful and rich life. You will work out and eat right (most of the time, of course), so that your body feels good and healthy. You will read and write because you want to feed your mind so that it can grow and enrich itself. You will listen intently to others because you care about what they have to say because real relationships bring you happiness. 

We are creating our lives every single day. Fitness is about consciously choosing to better yourself in every way possible in every moment, so that you can live a rich and beautiful life.
