Bio:

I am from South Korea. I came to Iowa in 2015 and graduated in May 2018 with my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. Before coming to America, I practiced a Korean Martial Art named Teuk Gong Moo Sool and taught it until I joined the Army. In the Army, I served as a basic training instructor. After I was discharged, I spent a few years learning English to study in the States and came to Iowa. I did an internship with the University of Iowa Olympic Strength and Conditioning and started working as a personal trainer. Since I have experience in strength and conditioning, my style of training is more athletic, but I also focus on general health, such as body building and fat loss. Even though I focus a lot on basic techniques and safety, I like to challenge clients so that they know their limits.

Philosophy:

Have a goal, have fun, aim for better quality of life in the future.
