Bio:

I have been into fitness my whole life. As a kid, I started wrestling and that pretty much became my life. It was a great way to stay in shape and be disciplined. As I got older, I transitioned into more recreational exercise, including weightlifting and running, while still maintaining grappling through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Back at home, I had the opportunity to be the head instructor for kids' Jiu-Jitsu classes, and this really cemented my passion for helping other people. Now, I am in my final semester at the University of Iowa with a Human Physiology major. I wanted to start personal training because I enjoy working with people and helping them reach their goals and I am also very interested in how the human body functions and grows.

Philosophy:

In order to reach your goals, whether it is to add lean mass, have a healthier body composition, increase muscular endurance, or just live a healthier lifestyle- consistency is key. There is no easy quick fix. Hard work must be put in, and I look forward to guiding and helping people through the process!
