Personal Training Skills: Fundamentals in Coaching | Recreational Services
The University of Iowa

Learn how to coach fundamental lifts and implement the progressions in programming. Topics include: cuing, coaching, understanding overload, programming, progressions/regressions, and client communication. If you want to be a personal trainer, this course is a must for your preparation of putting your certification to practical use.


Individuals do not need to be a certified personal trainer to take this course.
