Fitness Barre includes a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to offer a different workout every class. Classes rely mostly on body weight for resistance, along with props such as stretch bands, yoga straps, Pilates rings, light hand weights, and mini stability balls. A smooth flow through strength and stretch exercises will bring your health to new heights. 

Spring 2020

NEW! Attend as many barre classes as you want each week! A total of five fitness barre classes will be offered weekly between the CRWC and Field House. Paying for a single session allows you to attend any and/or all of the classes throughout the week for five weeks.

Price: $50 (5-week session)
