Fitness Barre includes a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to offer a different workout every class. Classes rely mostly on body weight for resistance, along with props such as stretch bands, yoga straps, Pilates rings, light hand weights, and mini stability balls. A smooth flow through strength and stretch exercises will bring your health to new heights. 

Spring 2020

NEW! There are two options for signing up for Fitness Barre:

  • OPTION 1: Attend as many barre classes as you want each week! A total of five fitness barre classes will be offered weekly between the CRWC and Field House. Paying for a series pass allows you to attend any and/or all of the classes throughout the week for five weeks.


  • OPTION 2: Sign up for one specific day of the week for a lower price! There will only be five spots reserved for this option in each class, and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis - all others must choose OPTION 1.  If you select this option, you may only attend class on the day/time that you have signed up for.



  • OPTION 1: $50
  • OPTION 2: $30


All remaining Spring 2020 sessions have been canceled.
