Build Confidence at the barbell rack! Participants will learn the basic fundamentals and techniques of Power and Olympic Lifting to effectively perform lifts such as bench press, deadlift, snatch, clean, and other lifts structured to improve athletic power and strength. The 45 minute class includes a dynamic warm-up, lifting session, a strength 'challenge-of-the-day', and a cool-down (e.g., stretching or foam rolling). Beginners are welcome.
