Fitness East

Fitness East is located in Halsey Hall, the old Women’s Gymnasium. A portion of the facility was converted to a fitness center in 1999, forming Fitness East. A 3,000 square foot addition was completed in 2001. This facility houses a variety of cardio vascular and strength training equipment. Locker rooms are also available. Fitness East is a membership access facility - patrons will be required to have a Recreational Services Membership or pay the daily walk-in fee in order to use the facility. Fitness East is located on the north east corner of Madison and Jefferson streets. The entrance is located off the walkway between Halsey Hall and the IMU Parking Ramp. Parking is available in the IMU parking ramp.
